How to Use the Tangia Bomb
Step 1: Prepare the meat
Cut 4lb pound of beef shank or chuck steak into pieces. Season lightly and brown on all sides.
Step 2: Add the Tangia Bomb
Place 1 Tangia Bomb in the pot with the meat and add 500 ml (2 cups) of water.
Step 3: Cook slowly
Cover and cook on low heat (or in a pressure cooker) for 2–3 hours, until the meat is tender and infused with spices.
Step 4: Enjoy your Tangia
Serve hot with fresh bread for an authentic Moroccan experience.
