At Sizzlaa Bombs, we take pride in crafting premium, flavor-packed bath experiences made fresh for every order. Because our products are handmade and perishable, our refund and return policy is tailored to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality for all our customers.

Refund Eligibility

Before Shipping:
If you’d like to cancel your order, you may request a refund only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sizzlaa.comfor assistance.

Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll happily send you a replacement or provide another suitable solution.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Perishable Goods: Since our Sizzlaa Bombs are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they’ve been shipped. This helps us maintain the highest standards of freshness and product integrity.
  • Scent or Preference Issues: We understand scent and bath preferences vary from person to person. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds based on personal liking or fragrance choice. We encourage reviewing product descriptions and ingredients before ordering.
  • Used or Opened Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Product Defects

In rare cases where a product has a manufacturing defect not caused by shipping damage, we will issue a full refund or replacement. Simply reach out with a detailed explanation and proof of the defect, and our team will handle it promptly.
